Terms and Conditions

Safety is very important even when it comes to what your dog or cat is wearing! The following guidelines should be observed:

• Remove the scarf/bandanna while your pet is crated 
• If your pet is going to be unattended, remove the scarf/bandanna
• Do not allow your pet to rough house/play with another pet while wearing their scarf/bandanna.
• Before you put on your custom made scarf/bandanna, check that any stitched on items or embellishments are securely attached.  I tie several knots when making your item but cannot guarantee that it won't come loose due to normal wear and/or washing.

The items you receive may vary slightly from the picture due to your scarf or bandanna being 100% custom made to order! That is what makes it unique and truly one of a kind.

I do my best to ensure that your item(s) are as true to the color chosen as possible.  However, due to inconsistencies of monitors, lighting, dye lot variations etc. I cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match.

Washing your item: please follow the instructions attached to your item. 

Please allow 3-4 weeks for production time.  All of the items are made to order in Macomb Michigan by me❤️  If it has been longer than quoted timeframe, please email Lauri@HarleysHugs.com.

Since all items are made to order, I carry very little inventory.  If you are looking to have an item sooner, please take a look at our samples for availability and 5% off the listed price.
